Cars with a carburetor engine have a couple different types of nitrous kits available. The newest of the systems out there have a new design for them. They call it the perimeter plate. This plate offers a through mix of nitrous to be sprayed into the combustion chamber.

Spray bar nitrous kits have had a few issues come up in the past. For one the spray bar would tend to leak. Not good for nitrous equipped cars. Also the kits would not have an even distribution of nitrous in the bar. That can lead to a bad outcome.
Perimeter plate kits have replaced the spray bar kits as the better of the 2 nitrous kits. Most kits include a variety of components that are ready to be installed out of the box. The perimeter plate is placed on the outside of the intake manifold so it sprays directly into the plenum, and has a consistent mix of nitrous and fuel in it.
There is also Dual perimeter plate nitrous kits available as well. These kits are mainly for dual 4 barrel carburetor's engines. They have the same function of as a single 4 barrel carburetor's, just that they are available for more than one system.
These systems give the users the ability to achieve up to 300 HP on top of stock numbers. These nitrous kits are one of kind, the technology behind these kits are brand new, and patented. It sits on top of the manifold plenum, and is bolted down, and sandwiched in there so that it seals properly, and will not leak for future use.
