Using twin drag parachutes, deceleration of up to 5 G can be attained, enough to cause detached retina. The legendary Don Garlits, holder of multiple records had to retire because of a detached retina.
Now to get to be the best your going to have to use something to give you a little extra boost that you need. Nitrous kits can offer you just that. Using nitrous kits, wet kits are always recommended, they will offer you that extra 100 hp on demand. Nitrous kits function very easy. First the you have the nitrous that sits in a bottle, often a 10 lbs bottle. You than proceed to push the nitrous button, the nitrous is then released into a nitrous fuel line, and sent to the front engine bay.
